Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage P&L with a long-term perspective, developing data-driven plans to improve revenue and margins.
  • Cultivate strategic vendor relationships through transparent negotiations and collaborative growth initiatives.
  • Continuously innovate to enhance the customer experience, simplifying processes and removing friction points.
  • Drive cross-functional commitments from Marketing, Engineering, and Category Management teams.

A typical day involves cultivating vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, analyzing category metrics, collaborating with vendors, finalizing promotional plans, working with cross-functional teams, identifying strategies to improve sales and margins, and creating refined customer experiences.
