Key Responsibilities
  • Business Acumen
    • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business model and identify opportunities to develop unique SAP enterprise-wide solutions.
    • Apply economic, industry, and business drivers to inform sales strategies and identify non-obvious financial levers.
    • Monetize the value that SAP offers to customers and lead C-level conversations about financial direction and potential P&L benefit.
    • Link the value of products and services with the deal price to overcome pricing objections.
  • Influencing the Customer
    • Develop a comprehensive plan to guide the customer through the sales process and ensure an informed decision.
    • Create and deliver insights that differentiate SAP's solutions and position the disruption happening in the customer's industry.
    • Position the advantages and challenges of various digital framework implementation engagement models.
  • Account Management
    • Align the customer's strategic goals with SAP's competitive differentiators and map to SAP solutions.
    • Orchestrate, influence, and lead VAT team functions and geographies to identify innovative and provocative points of view.
    • Align SAP and customer stakeholders and executives to the 4 Panel cadence model.
  • Demand Management & Pipeline Health
    • Use SCP Analytics Tools to manage pipeline and understand key indicators of pipeline health.
    • Recognize issues that must be addressed and create a solid demand generation plan.
Requirements
  • Education & Skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a proven track record of 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions through consultative selling methodology.
    • KSA Public sector experience is essential.
    • Demonstration of success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market with strong negotiation skills.
    • Proven abilities in managing highly complex organizations and applying risk-mitigation strategies to customers.
    • Saudi National preferred.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
