About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. As a key member of our opening team, you will provide administrative support to our General Manager and coordinate the activities of the Executive Office. Your responsibilities will include managing secretarial duties, coordinating appointments, transportation, and mail, as well as handling sensitive issues that require sound independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Office
  • Coordinate appointments, transportation, and mail
  • Handle sensitive issues that require sound independent judgment
  • Manage a complex schedule and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Eligibility to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia
