As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Worldwide, Inc., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our Food and Beverage outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with managing operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines, driving revenue growth and cost control.
  • Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring innovative and appealing offerings.
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Deputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence, ensuring seamless leadership and decision-making.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary, maintaining good working relationships and promoting a collaborative culture.
Requirements
  • Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of Financial Systems, with the ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent grooming standards, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
