As a Sales Team Lead Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team. You will guide the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivating and training them to put their clients first and win leads.
This role requires handling various tasks related to managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team has everything they need to do their jobs well. Additionally, you will track sales performance metrics and report these results back to senior management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales performance.
- Coaching and mentoring sales agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Providing input into the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Setting targets for the sales team and monitoring progress towards achieving those targets.
- Building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
