Client Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Territory Account Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with merchant partners and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business opportunities in the F&B, Leisure, Entertainment, Beauty & Fitness industries.
- Manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing, securing merchant participation and retention.
- Utilize available data effectively to retain merchants year on year.
- Communicate and sell new products and initiatives to the merchant base.
- Prepare status reports, including daily activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to KPIs.
- Perform in trade compliance checks.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Is persistent – never takes 'no' for an answer and negotiates professionally.
- Is customer-focused – listens, understands, and delivers quality results.
- Demonstrates initiative – works independently without close supervision and prioritizes tasks efficiently.
- Is highly organized – detail-oriented and excellent at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Is data-driven – loves using data to create case studies and make projections.
- Is a great communicator – starts conversations with anyone and adapts their communication style accordingly.
- Is a strong team player – collaborates locally and globally.
- Is highly adaptable – welcomes change and problem-solves efficiently.
- Eager to learn – committed to developing themselves.
- Follower of new trends in the market – aware of the competition's strengths and weaknesses.
- 5+ years sales experience in a fast-paced industry preferably hospitality, Retail, FMCG.
- Good track record of past employment.
- Live within your territory and be familiar with the business environment and trends.
- You must have your own transport.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- You should be fluent in Arabic & English; other languages are a plus.
- Pre-existing merchant base and relationships is preferable.
