Account Support Executive

We are seeking an Account Support Executive to join our team at The Family Office Company. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless client engagement and timely follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Maintain accurate records of lead tracking and follow-ups within our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare daily prospect lists for approval and provide regular activity reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to ensure AML compliance before initiating contact.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client engagement and timely follow-up.
- Track and report progress on lead conversion, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions.
- Proven experience in account support or related positions within financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in account support and client engagement.
