Role Summary

This commercial director position plays a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion across various sectors including hospitality, retail, food outlets and catering companies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales revenue and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and strategy.
  • Lead a team of senior specialists and managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in key account management or sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and growing business within the MENA region.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
