Key Client Relationship Executive

This commercial director position plays a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion across various sectors including hospitality, retail, food outlets and catering companies.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales revenue and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide regular market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Lead a team of senior specialists and managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in key account management or sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and growing business within the MENA region.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
