Business Development Manager for Strategic Partnerships

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Strategic Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of the Amazon Fuse team, you'll be responsible for managing partner launch milestones, technical requirements gathering, and driving engagement between our Telecom and Mobile OEM partners and various Amazon teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage assigned enterprise accounts, including major business partners with significant impact.
- Technical Operations: Responsible for managing day-to-day technical, operational, and project launch related activities, including solution design, milestone tracking, wholesale subscription and preload application delivery support, data tracking and reporting.
- Communication and Collaboration: Create and lead meetings with enterprise partners and internal stakeholders regarding various Amazon apps and services.
- Operational Excellence: Own the pre and post-launch operational and technical account management of multiple partners across multiple geographic locations.
- Innovation and Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in Amazon products on behalf of assigned partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders on new business opportunities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
