Accounting Specialist

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing reports.
About the Role:
- Manage accounting transactions and complete a full set of accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for informational and operational use
- Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements in a timely manner
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, as well as compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Ensure timely bank payments and reconcile accounts, records, reports, and journals
- Monitor accounts receivables and coordinate with Sales Executives and clients in case of overdue accounts
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Must have 2-5 years related experience in General Accounting, including End-to-End bookkeeping and year-end finalization work
- Must have good working knowledge of MS Excel and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be well-organized and have keen attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to speak fluently in English and Arabic
