Apollo Business Expansion Platform, AstroLabs, is seeking an ambitious professional to join its dynamic team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our post-company setup operations, you will be responsible for driving excellence and delivering a world-class experience for HR, PRO & GRO clients.

Your primary focus will be on managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring smooth regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through HR, PRO, and GRO services. You will oversee and execute various tasks, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and compliance with governmental regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring satisfaction and gathering testimonials and referrals.
  • Provide proactive advisory support, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and optimize their operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify and implement new services and process improvements to enhance the value AstroLabs provides to clients.
Requirements
  • An ambitious profession who wants to grow into a management role.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success in a KPI-driven environment in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
