Building Sales Specialist

We seek an experienced sales specialist to excel in the building sector. As a senior role, this position involves leading sales efforts, developing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with contractors and end users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and reinforcing existing relationships with contractors and end users.
- Promote Schneider Electric's comprehensive portfolio of solutions, encompassing power distribution, building automation, energy management, and digital innovations.
- Leverage IoT-enabled EcoStruxure solutions to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with channel teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal preparation, technical submissions, and project requirements.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Demonstrate expertise in KSA projects and connections with key contractors and end users.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the Prescription Team to secure their support for projects from consultants, ministries, and end users.
- Deliver high-quality, timely reports to management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or IT engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar field.
