Senior Building Segment Sales Expert

Schneider Electric is searching for an accomplished sales expert to spearhead our building segment sales initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building segment, focusing on contractors and end users.
  2. Promote Schneider Electric's diverse portfolio of solutions, including power distribution, building automation, energy management, and digital innovations.
  3. Drive the adoption of IoT-enabled EcoStruxure solutions to deliver exceptional value to customers.
  4. Collaborate closely with channel teams to ensure streamlined proposal preparation, technical submittal, and project requirement delivery.
  5. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic sales approaches.
  6. Maintain extensive knowledge of KSA projects and connections with key contractors and end users.
  7. Cultivate relationships with the Prescription Team to leverage their expertise and support from consultants, ministries, and end users.
  8. Provide timely and effective reporting to management.

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or IT engineering.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in a similar field.
