Senior Building Segment Sales Expert

Schneider Electric is searching for an accomplished sales expert to spearhead our building segment sales initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building segment, focusing on contractors and end users.
- Promote Schneider Electric's diverse portfolio of solutions, including power distribution, building automation, energy management, and digital innovations.
- Drive the adoption of IoT-enabled EcoStruxure solutions to deliver exceptional value to customers.
- Collaborate closely with channel teams to ensure streamlined proposal preparation, technical submittal, and project requirement delivery.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of KSA projects and connections with key contractors and end users.
- Cultivate relationships with the Prescription Team to leverage their expertise and support from consultants, ministries, and end users.
- Provide timely and effective reporting to management.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or IT engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar field.
