Sales Senior Professional in Building Sector

Schneider Electric is looking for a sales senior professional to focus on the building sector. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster strong relationships with contractors and end users to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to promote Schneider Electric's comprehensive portfolio, including power distribution, building automation, energy management, and digital solutions.
  3. Drive the adoption of IoT-enabled EcoStruxure solutions to deliver value to customers.
  4. Collaborate closely with channel teams to ensure seamless proposal preparation, technical submittal, and project requirement delivery.
  5. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform data-driven sales approaches.
  6. Maintain deep understanding of KSA projects and connections with key contractors and end users.
  7. Nurture relationships with the Prescription Team to leverage their expertise and support from consultants, ministries, and end users.
  8. Deliver regular, insightful reports to management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or IT engineering.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in a similar field.
