About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our HR team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations management, with a strong understanding of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities

- Manage Staff Social Insurance & Medical Insurance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee benefits.">
- Hiring Process Management**: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including hiring documents, onboarding, and offboarding.">
- IQAMA & Residence Process Handling**: Manage governmental-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.">
- Compliance and Policy Development**: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and regulations, focusing on Time and Attendance (T&A) and Payroll.">
- Employee Relations**: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback.">
- Benefits and Compensation Management**: Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring fairness and equity.">
- Metrics and Reporting**: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators.">
- Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and hotel reservations.">
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree**: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
- Experience**: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.">
- Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.">
- Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.">
- Language**: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.">
What We Offer
