Job Overview



Our client, a leading international consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's HR operations in Saudi Arabia, working closely with the HR Director and other senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Staff Social Insurance & Medical Insurance - Handle staff social insurance and medical insurance matters.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding - Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including hiring documents, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • IQAMA & Residence Process - Handle IQAMA and residence processes, including governmental-related matters.
  • HR Compliance - Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements, including Mudad, Quwa, and QOSI.
  • HR Policies and Procedures - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations, including T&A and Payroll.
  • Employee Relations - Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Performance Evaluations - Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation - Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • HR Metrics and Reports - Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Admin Support - Manage admin tasks, including travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
  • Training and Development - Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
  • HR Budgeting - Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.


Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and performance management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
