Job Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our top Sellers on the Amazon Mexico Store by developing strategic joint business plans and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About the Job
- Gain a deep understanding of the Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, as well as the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that maximize potential for your assigned portfolio of Sellers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and your Sellers to develop long-term account plans and find joint areas of opportunity to drive customer success with Amazon.
- Build strong relationships with your Sellers and serve as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
- Track metrics to measure the success of the Sellers in your portfolio and use these metrics to inform your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Deliver regular business reviews to stakeholders regarding the progress and state of health of your Sellers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience with Excel
- Fluent English language skills
