We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Strategy and Partnerships team. The Junior Manager will support strategic initiatives, contribute to operationalizing our developments, and engage with external investors and stakeholders to advance our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize heritage assets, leveraging international best practices.
  • Identify and engage with external investors, create compelling investment opportunities, and secure commitments to drive project funding and growth.
  • Analyze and implement diverse partnership frameworks to operationalize developments and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Apply structured problem-solving skills to address challenges, communicate solutions effectively, and present findings using data visualization tools.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and achieve shared objectives.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in international real estate development, investment solicitation, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement partnership models in complex operational contexts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
