We are looking for a Head of Business Growth to drive discovery and enrollments for our schools and future expansions. This includes responsibility for brand health, market growth, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Health: Develop and execute strategies to maintain and improve brand health.
- Market Growth: Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Sales Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales operations.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in marketing, commercial, or growth roles. Startup experience is a plus.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to design and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with exceptional analytical skills.
