The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in achieving strategic growth across all channels. This exciting opportunity requires exceptional leadership skills to inspire and dominate a diverse sales force, optimize operations, and drive performance targets.

You will play a critical role in shaping the sales strategy and ensuring the team consistently achieves results. If you are a results-driven, strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage large-scale sales operations, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Lead and motivate a team of 350-400 van sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Foodservice Key Accounts and major FMCG clients to promote the protein product range.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  5. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
