In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the accommodation needs of our staff, ensuring they have access to comfortable and safe living environments.

Key Tasks:
  • Housing Coordination: Coordinate the accommodation needs of our staff, ensuring they have access to comfortable and safe living environments.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the allocation and management of staff accommodation facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of our team members.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all accommodation facilities are in good condition, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Staff Support: Provide support and resources for staff relocation and housing needs, addressing and resolving any accommodation-related complaints or issues raised by staff.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2-4 years of experience in accommodation management or facilities management.
