Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • At least 10 years of experience in event management, with a focus on large-scale events and corporate functions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
