  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, implementing and maintaining strong governance practices across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a contracting or construction company.
  • Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, risk management, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in financial structuring of business units and fundraising activities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide executive teams.
  • Familiarity with the financial landscape in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
