About the Role

Fox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking an accomplished Sales and Account Management Lead to oversee client relationships and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging existing client connections.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND ISSUE RESOLUTION.
  • LEAD SALES EFFORTS TO MEET OR EXCEED QUOTA, BUILDING LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS.
  • STAY AHEAD OF MARKET TRENDS, PROVIDING INFORMED INSIGHTS TO GUIDE BUSINESS DECISIONS.
What We're Looking For

Candidates should possess:

  • PROVEN SALES TRACK RECORD, WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH LARGE GOVERNMENTAL AND PRIVATE ACCOUNTS.
  • STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS, WITH ABILITY TO MOTIVATE AND GUIDE A TEAM.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, WITH ABILITY TO NAVIGATE COMPLEX CLIENT NEEDS.
