Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Processing: Set up payment processes for Last Mile accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

  • Supplier Management: Resolve supplier-related issues, ensuring satisfactory completion.
  • Commercial Contract Analysis: Interpret commercial contracts, understanding their application to invoices.

  • Procure-to-Pay Systems: Set up new accounts in procure-to-pay systems, ensuring seamless onboarding and payments.
  • Invoice Query Resolution: Support and resolve invoice queries within internal SLAs.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track metrics and provide reports to leaders, identifying areas for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Program or Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Process Improvement Experience: 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • End-to-End Delivery Experience: 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement Experience: 3+ years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Process Building: Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
