  • Identify, prospect and recruit high-potential merchants to Amazon.sa website, via phone or email
  • Prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet / exceed quarterly targets
  • Provide data-driven insights and advice to optimize seller success on Amazon
  • Educate new sellers about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
  • Enable sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory and performance management
  • Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of sellers
  • Prioritize time optimally to achieve targets in a results-oriented environment
  • Identify and improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience
