Job Overview:
The Partner Development Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for onboarding and enabling our Strategic Technology (ISV) Partners in their AWS partnership journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop deep relationships with executive leadership of strategic partners to understand their challenges, goals, and long-term vision for the Kingdom.
  2. Develop and execute ambitious business plans with strategic partners to launch their AWS hosted solution offerings in the AWS Saudi Region, accelerating customer adoption in the region.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps for partners and help execute those engagements.
  4. Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, both internal and external, to communicate market realities, partner needs, and strategic recommendations to progress the partnership.
What You Will Need:
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
