About the Job

The Facility Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the building's facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in facilities and supervision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and security of the building;
  • Supervise the cleaning crew and security crew;
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support when needed;
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and material supplies;
  • Participate in audits conducted by internal or external auditors;
Requirements:
  • High School or Diploma qualification;
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in facilities and supervision;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory effectively;
  • Knowledge of common inventory terminology;
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and safety management skills;
