About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Director for Corporate Clients to join our team at Merge Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the corporate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the corporate market
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and proactively acquire new ones
  • Set and achieve sales and profitability targets by client in line with overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales consultants for corporate/SME segments
  • Manage the performance of the kingdom-wide sales branches
  • Identify manpower needs of the client and work with talent pool management/recruitment consultants to prepare offers/proposals and negotiate terms with the client
  • Present proposals to relevant committee to obtain approval on the terms according to the delegation matrix

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business; MBA is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
