Senior ERP Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior ERP Business Development Manager to help us expand our ERP/software business through strategic lead generation, research, and cold outreach. You will develop account plans for selected named accounts and achieve or exceed sales targets in each financial year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans for selected named accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Plan, strategize, direct, and control all sales in allocated accounts.
- Build and maintain sales plans in CRM and submit required sales forecasts.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Communicate with customers to ensure contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide sales, technology, and business expertise particularly in the relevant industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling ERP software solutions.
- High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
- Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.
- Strong communication skills, over the phone and face-to-face.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
