Danaher Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead the Central & Eastern Region team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer engagement, and team performance.
Sales Strategy Development
The Sales Supervisor will develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Western & Southern Region, monitor sales performance against KPIs and regional targets, and identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to drive growth.
Collaboration and Communication
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional support, and collaborating with the customer relationship team to enhance engagement and retention.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in IVD, Life Sciences, possess minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry, and have proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse sales teams.
