Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Financial District. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations, including managing front desk activities, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services, including room assignments, check-in/check-out, and special requests.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to the Front Office Manager as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel events, promotions, and services, and effectively communicate this information to guests and team members.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
