Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at STAR SERVICES LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reception Area Management: Oversee the reception area, including telecommunication systems, and ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including updating staff records, managing visitor logs, and coordinating with HR and external staff.
  • Communication: Respond to emails and phone inquiries, and provide information and assistance to staff and external parties.
  • Meeting Room Management: Manage the meeting room's status and ensure a seamless experience for clients and staff.
  • Document Management: Handle the receipt and dispatch of documents through couriers, and ensure their effective distribution within the company.
  • Recruitment Support: Support recruiters by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Bachelor's Degree holder related to the field.
  • Residency: Must be residing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Availability: Should be available for face-to-face interviews in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience: With at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant in any outsourcing company or related industry.
