We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Backyard Symphony. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a smooth flow of front-of-house operations.
- Communication and Correspondence: Answer phone calls and manage correspondence efficiently, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating events and managing front-of-house logistics, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of front desk and hospitality supplies, reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance (DAF) for budget compliance.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain visitor logs and security protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant front-of-house environment.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in reception or front-of-house roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication and Multitasking: Excellent communication and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Inventory Management and Budgeting: Understanding of inventory management and budget adherence, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house team, supporting events and busy periods as needed.
