Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Guest Welcome and Check-in/Check-out: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  2. Personalized Service: Provide guests with personalized attention, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Confidentiality and Guest Privacy: Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and respect their privacy at all times.
  4. VIP Procedures: Assist with VIP procedures, ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service and attention.
  5. Amenities and Services: Coordinate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure that all amenities and services are provided to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Guest Complaints and Feedback: Manage guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  7. Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open and effective communication with the Front Office Manager and other team members, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and attention.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to guests.
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
