We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our e-learning products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on marketing leads and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both reading and writing.
