Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Knowledge of local employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independence and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional planning, follow-up, and organizing skills.
- Strong personal and work ethics.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a University degree, preferably with an HR focus, and CIPD or SHRM certification will be given preference. Background in retail or sports industry with 200+ employees is also desirable. Working experience in SAP is an advantage.
