Shift Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Shift Operations Engineer to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our facilities and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering of parts and supplies to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience in maintenance and operations.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
