We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join The Family Office Company's team.

In this crucial position, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to expand our business network.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  1. Develop innovative lead generation methods to maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Arrange and confirm meetings with potential clients through phone calls and email interactions.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead tracking and follow-ups within our CRM system.
  4. Compile and submit daily prospect lists for approval and provide regular activity reports.
  5. Conduct in-depth research on prospects to ensure AML compliance before outreach initiatives.
  6. Offer administrative support to Relationship Managers (RMs) with meeting follow-ups and other responsibilities.
  7. Track and report progress on client engagement and lead conversion.
  8. Cultivate close collaboration with the Marketing department and internal teams for seamless operations.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or related roles within financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
