- Act as a single point of contact for clients, liaising with internal departments to resolve client queries and issues.
- Engage with clients to collectively manage open issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Have knowledge of all KYC/AML obligations and participate in periodic reviews and onboarding documentation collection.
- Investigate and resolve aging enquiries, considering associated risk levels.
- Liaise with internal departments and external entities to ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries.
- Oversee delivery of monthly KPI reporting and scorecard.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of funds and market accounts on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain SME-level knowledge of business processes and flows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Proven track record in client service and operations, with over 7+ years of client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated managerial, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial securities markets, language, and products, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services environment.
