  • Work with our Managing Partner to negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with our business goals.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and develop benefits packages that meet our clients' needs and objectives.
  • Ensure that our commercial partners align with our brand values and do not compromise our relationships with other important stakeholders.
  • Initiate and host hospitality opportunities and other events to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Raise awareness of client needs and objectives across our organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Work with our Managing Partner to set income targets and manage the commercial budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in sales, business development, and new business, with a strong background in marketing communications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the business landscape, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum qualifications include a degree in marketing communication, with a minimum of 8 years' experience, including 3 years in a senior position, and a minimum of 2 years' work experience in the Middle East.
