Strategic Customer Advocate

SAP is seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for customers to leverage new or expanded SAP solutions, while mitigating churn and managing renewals of SAP solutions/services.
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions.
Your primary goal will be to drive long-term value growth for our customers, while building strong relationships with customer executives and their line of business.

- Relationship-driven mindset with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
