Purpose of theJob

Role is based in RiyadhKSA.

Role involves business development andaccount management activities which are key elements of thisposition to promote Tridiums Niagara products to the market whileselling directly to OEMs and Resellers. Business development willalso be required across the complete market chain includingResellers System Integrators Consultants and Contractors and EndUsers.

Based in the KSA and reporting to theRegional Sales Manager. The account manager will be required totake direct ownership and responsibility of key customerrelationships in the region including the existing customer basenew potential customers and management of their subsequentdevelopment to become longterm users of Tridiums products.

PrincipalResponsibilities:

  • Accountmanagement of value added partners (VARs) is a primary function ofthis role managing the relationships dealing with pricing enquiriesand growing the sales of Niagara whilst improving margincontribution and cash flow.
  • Identification ofpotential new customers and their subsequent development to becomeeither direct or indirect customers.
  • Ownership and responsibility of all customers in theregion (internal and external and creating relationships with keycustomer staff at all levels.
  • Dayto daymanagement of business through all Tridium business channels directand indirect. Contribution to Tridiums strategy and itsimplementation via market research and businessdevelopment.
  • To regularly ensure that the CRMand other relevant databases are suitably updated and modified toinclude latest information and impart knowledge to further assistthe EMEA teams ability to create reports and manage sales for bothcurrent and new customers.
  • Preparation andmaintenance on a regular basis of business development plans foreach new account identified.
  • Achievement ofsales/orders targets in the Direct/Indirect channel throughout theRegion.
  • Development of new business and newcustomers. Management of present customer base.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of near term potential salesand longer term business.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced salesperson with proven track record ofdeveloping business with OEMs Resellers End Users ConsultantsSpecifiers and their supply chain in the Region.
  • Knowledge of the local market structure procedures andpotential customers.
  • First rate presentationskills are essential.
  • Commercial &Technical appreciation of Building Management ControlSystems.
  • Ability to produce soundbusiness/investment plans and proposals. A total commitment tosuperlative client service.
  • Confidence Energyand motivation to promote and sell product solutions. Strong teamplayer highly motivated and selfreliant
  • Solidcommercial background/awareness.
  • Fullyconversant with MS packages (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook etc).Previous experience of the Niagara Framework would be of benefit.Knowledge of IT systems infrastructure would be abenefit.
  • Experience of Software sales wouldalso be beneficial.
