Main purpose of the job:

To contact customers and increase the company's projects / sales from existing and new services.


To maintain excellent relations with customers, prepare proposals for new projects as well as develop the existing clientele by contacting new set of customers.


Main responsibilities:

b) Maintain prospective customer records and retrieve their contact details.

c) Contact new and existing customers and device an annual, monthly

and weekly plan of contacts to be done.

d) Prepare proposals for all our company's existing services.

e) Prepare proposals for new non-offered services, performing market

research if needed.

f) Initiate contact with clients, present our services and confirm implementation of new projects.

g) Handle customer requests and inquiries on new business development.

h) Report to Management of major market opportunities.

i) Prepare and maintain a sales report with all contacts performed, their details and outcomes.

j) Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

k) Meet customers and follow-up on proposals.

l) Perform face-to-face or virtual presentations on project proposals.

m) Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service and execution.

n) Learn about our organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes.

o) Keeping ahead of developments in sales & new business development by reading relevant journals, etc.

p) Assist with special projects as assigned.

q) Perform other client service-related tasks as and when required by the General Manager.

r) Available for travel for customer-related visits to other countries as and when required.

  • At least 2 years relevant experience

Salary:
ریال6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jeddah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)
