Description:

The Diabetes Brand & Customer Manager is responsible for the following activities:

  • Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitors. Analyzes local market trends and identifies opportunities for the portfolio.
  • Lead cross functional teams around seamless execution of the brand strategy
  • Create tactical plans and customer solutions (including digital marketing) based on agreed strategy
  • Inspire sales force to be fully engaged towards brand strategy and customer solutions implementation, provides relevant support, training and guidance. Conduct regular joint field visits.
  • Work with Scientific Leaders and other stakeholders in close collaboration with Medical Affairs (e

g:
advisory boards/congresses

  • Deliver and monitor forecasting for all financial cycles of the company aiming at high accuracy levels.
  • Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to budget.
  • Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders through omnichannel solutions
  • Analyze market and performance data, customers feedback and make necessary adjustments to strategy and tactical plans.
  • Support access to our products in the market by developing solutions in close collaboration with Market Access, Policy, KASs or any other relevant teams
  • Monitoring product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
  • The incumbent needs to be able to meet deadlines, work autonomously, analyze, plan when implementing strategies.
  • The ability to collaborate and communicate with all internal and crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Lead and deliver efficient and effective marketing programs that encourage increased use and growth of brands.
  • Create content digital and nondigital for customers
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new development opportunities within therapeutic areas
  • Effectively work with fieldbased staff to provide a high level of responsiveness and support
  • Ensure a detailed understanding of market dynamics as well as patient, prescriber and payer attitudes
  • Making sure sales team understand the strategic imperatives and support them with necessary trainings, tools and material customer focus
  • Tracking progress and adjusting activities accordingly
  • Identifying market insights and opportunity via customer interactions

  • Ability to work under stringent timelines and due dates in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to brand, promote and market products and concepts
  • Demonstrated effective organizational and communication skills are required
  • Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications
  • Presentation skills & conduct training sessions
  • Strong ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (eg. Business/Pharma)
  • Applicants would have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong Performance record
  • Experience in KSA/Diabetes Market is a Plus
  • Marketing experience is a Plus
