  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue & sales targets within the target market segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through generating enquire, submitting the quotation on time, converting the enquiry to job, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions utilizing our range of resources and experience.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and company profile to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including project coordination, technical support, and postsale services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience iwith a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events.
  • Must have his/her own car and a valid KSA Driving License.
