ELBA is looking for a sales professional to represent the brand services and products inside the store and outside fields. In this role, the sales associate will guide guests through the process, from initial contact to final purchase, and post purchase services. Providing insights and support plus helping strengthen our guest relationships. The sales associate should be passionate about people and eager to develop new customer-service skills_

Objectives of the Role_**:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests that results in repeat visits and longterm brand loyalty

  • Promote company catering profile and seek outside events and catering deals

  • Collaborate with coworkers to achieve store sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions

  • Inform patrons about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations when appropriate

  • Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere

  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm**_

  • Build strong rapport with current and potential customers and help positive brand exposure
