The Sales Associate role at A. Lange & Söhne is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious luxury brand as a representative and ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and upholding the brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Sales
- Meet personal targets in line with brand retail strategy, adhering to group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
- Maximize profit while controlling costs, ensuring effective use of resources and retail tools.
- Analyze missed sales opportunities and refine future projections.
- Organize private viewings with VIPs and discuss business opportunities with Assistant/Boutique Manager.
- Act as a reference for building action plans to achieve personal targets.
- Brand Ambassadorship
- Ensure excellence within and outside the boutique, maintaining maximum client welcoming and servicing.
- Stay up-to-date on products and brand knowledge, becoming a reference person for the Maison.
- Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills at all times, with clients, VIPs, and third parties.
- Responsible for overall appearance and maintenance of the boutique in line with brand guidelines and concept.
- CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES
- Ensure Service Excellence at all times, with any boutique clients.
- Proactively participate in regular VIP and orders, considering boutique opportunities.
- Accurately and genuinely build relationships with customers, handling complaints with care.
- Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong product knowledge and brand awareness are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
