Job Description:
The Senior HVAC Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by executing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients and distributors, and conducting market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets and promote business expansion.
- Nurture relationships with distributors and clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, stock availability, and pricing, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, informing sales strategies.
- Create and present proposals to clients, leveraging expertise in estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC solutions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlogs, ensuring accurate data-driven decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients, promoting mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with organizational goals, fostering a cohesive business approach.
- Uphold high standards of business ethics and professionalism in all interactions, maintaining a positive reputation.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
- 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related field, is required.
- A strong understanding of HVAC systems, market trends, and the competitive landscape is essential.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, distributors, and industry partners are crucial.
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills is necessary.
- Experience in preparing proposals, sales forecasts, and reports is desirable.
