We're looking for passionate, high-spirited individuals to join the pre-opening team at Kimpton Riyadh, the very first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East. The ideal Kimpton team member has an inclusive spirit who embraces individuality and can cultivate a work environment that's empowering and exceptional.

Located in King Abdullah Financial District, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East, bringing the brand's playful energy and unique design style to this landmark development. The hotel welcomes guests to experience its 212 guest rooms and suites and unique dining options.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining client databases, and managing correspondence.
- Client Interaction: Handling client inquiries and providing information about the hotel's services and facilities, assisting with booking arrangements and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinating with various departments to ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the hotel's goals.
- Documentation: Managing and organizing sales documents, contracts, and proposals, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying updated on industry trends.
- Event Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of events and conferences, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales Tracking: Monitoring sales performance and tracking key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. It's a vital position that supports the sales team and contributes to the overall success of the hotel.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
- Two to Three years' prior tenure in a similar role
- International luxury hotel chain background
- GCC exposure
- English Fluency is required
- Arabic Fluency is preferred
